Celebrating the African American Legacy
Darnall’s Chance House Museum presents Jubilee Voices at nearby Trinity Episcopal Church with a program of songs and stories of the struggle, perseverance, trials and triumphs of African Americans as expressed through a cappella music.
Darnall’s Chance interprets the story of Lettice Lee, who lived at the house in the decades just prior to the American Revolution. The Darnall’s Chance House Museum is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The National Underground Railroad: Network to Freedom Trail, and the Star-Spangled Banner National Historic Trail.
